General

Can I use my Skillsfuture Credit to pay or offset the course/workshop fee?

No. Our workshops and courses are not eligible for SkillsFuture Credit.

How do I register for a workshop or course?

You can register online through our booking page:

Alternatively, you may email us at creativeworkz@fareastflora.com to indicate your interest or enquire about upcoming classes.

When does registration close?

Registration closes 3 days before the workshop or course commencement date, or earlier if the class reaches full capacity.

How will I know if my registration is confirmed?

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided during registration, typically within one week of your registration.

Is there anything I should bring when attending a workshop or course?

We provide all flowers and raw materials required for the class. Learners are required to bring the following tools such as:

Florist scissors
Foliage stripper
Utility scissors (for general use)

A reminder of the required tools specific for courses will also be included in your confirmation email.

What is included in the workshop or course fee?

The course fee includes all flowers, foliage, and raw materials required for the workshop or course, unless otherwise stated.

Do you offer discounts for returning students?

Yes! Students who complete a course are entitled to 10% off their next eligible course. Terms and conditions may apply.

Is there any replacement class if I cannot attend any of the lessons?

A one-time replacement lesson is available only for the following courses:

Floral Arrangement Foundation Level
Hand Bouquets Foundation Level

Replacement lessons are conducted by joining another scheduled class and are not offered as one-to-one sessions. Advance arrangements are required and are subject to class availability.

Can I take home my floral arrangement/bouquet after the class?

Yes! All learners are welcome to take home the floral arrangement/bouquet they have created during the workshop or course.

Is parking available at the venue?

Yes, parking is available at Far East Flora Centre. Learners are eligible for complimentary parking for the first 2 hours (subject to our parking redemption policy). Standard parking charges will apply thereafter.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellation and Postponement

CreativeWorkz Floristry Academy reserves the right to cancel, postpone, combine, replace instructors, refuse enrolment and expel any learner who misconducts themselves for any of their workshops and courses.

Attendance and Certification

The learner is expected to attend classes punctually. There will be no replacement lesson(s) for any learner who is late or absent (without 7 days notification) without valid reason. Please note that the certificate of attendance will only be issued if a learner attains a minimum 75% attendance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you wish to withdraw from a workshop or course, please submit your request in writing by emailing creativeworkz@fareastflora.com.

Approved refunds will be processed within 60 working days and will be credited either to the original credit card used for payment or via bank transfer, where applicable.

Refunds are subject to the following schedule:

Required Written Notice Period
- More than 21 days before commencement : 90% refunded fee.
- More than 7 days before commencement: 50% refunded fee.
- Less than 7 days before commencement: No Refund

Replacement Class Policy

Valid for 6 months only from the course commencement month.
Replacement class(es) date(s) will be according to the course schedule that is published.

*Eligibility

Medical - Learner is required to submit medical certificate or receipt.
Foreseen Absence - Learner is required to notify via email or in writing, at least 7 days in advance of class date.
Once replacement class date is confirmed, no further changes or deferment will be entertained

Collection of Personal Information

The term “Personal Information”, refers to any information about you and which identifies you. This includes, but not limited to your name, NRIC number, address, contact number, credit card details, gender, etc.

Your personal information is collected when you send a gift or sign up as a member with us online, place an order over the phone, through the filling of physical forms at our retail stores or when participating in contests hosted by us or in collaboration with our partners.

Please note that by submitting your personal data to us, you agree and consent to us collecting, using, disclosing and managing it in accordance with the terms listed here. All personal data provided by you will be deemed as accurate and complete and is neither misleading nor out of date. Should there be any changes to your personal data, the onus will be on you to update us of the changes accordingly.

Use of Personal Information

Your personal information is needed solely for the purpose of providing products and services to you. We use your personal information for the following purposes:

To provide services necessary to fulfill your request.
To share news on our products, marketing materials and notify you of changes in our service or product offerings.
To offer rewards and promotions.
To respond to your requests or inquiries.
To improve our services to you. Market research is performed so that we are able to improve our marketing initiatives, product development and customer service.
To maintain general record and book keeping.

Once we receive your personal information, it is encrypted, protected with firewalls and stored in highly secure data centers. Other than to fulfill your order, we do not sell, share your personal information or purchasing history, whether in part or whole to any third party for any commercial purpose. In any situation, your consent will be explicitly sought if your personal information is to used for any other purposes, either by CreativeWorkz Floristry Academy or any other businesses which we work in collaboration with.

Promotions via eMailers (EDMs)

Every once in a while, we send emailers and mails that contain information about our new collection, promotions, discounts, rewards, etc. If you do not wish to receive any updates or promotional offers from us, you can unsubscribe from our mailing list by email us at creativeworkz@fareastflora.com
