Can I use my Skillsfuture Credit to pay or offset the course/workshop fee?
Our workshops and courses are not covered under SkillsFuture Credit.
How can I register for a workshop or course?
When does registration for a workshop or course close?
Registration closes 1 week before the class commencement date, or when the class is full; whichever is earlier.
How will I know if my registration is confirmed?
An email will be sent to the address provided during the registration within one week of registration.
Is there anything I should bring when attending a workshop or course?
While we provide the flowers and raw materials, we do not provide certain tools which may be used during the class. When attending any class with us, please do bring along your florist scissors, secateurs, florist knife, wire-cutters, pliers, NT-cutter, utility scissors (1 each for paper and fabric) and stapler. Information will also be provided in the confirmation email.
What is included in the workshop or course fee?
All fees indicated are inclusive of flowers and any other raw materials needed for the workshop or course.
Are there any discounts if I attend more than one workshop or course?
Of course! You will enjoy 10% off your next workshop or course, where applicable.
Terms & Conditions
Cancellation and Postponement
CreativeWorkz Floristry Academy reserves the right to cancel, postpone, combine, replace instructors, refuse enrolment and expel any learner who misconducts themselves for any of their workshops and courses.
Attendance and Certification
The learner is expected to attend classes punctually. There will be no replacement lesson(s) for any learner who is late or absent (without 7 days notification) without valid reason. Please note that the certificate of attendance will only be issued if a learner attains a minimum 75% attendance.
Applicants who wish to withdraw from the course must submit a written notice to CreativeWorkz using the Refund Form.
Valid grounds accepted include: medical, overseas assignment or compassionate grounds.
The refund should take no earlier than 60 working days. Payment made in cash will be refunded via interbank transfer. Payment made by credit card will be refunded to the respective credit card account.
Refunds are administrated according to the guidelines listed below:
Required Written Notice Period
More than 21 days before course commencement : 90% refunded course fee.
More than 7 days before course commencement: 50% refunded course fee.
Less than 7 days before course commencement: No Refund
Replacement Class Policy
Valid for 6 months only from the course commencement month.
Replacement class(es) date(s) will be according to the course schedule that is published.
Medical - Learner is required to submit medical certificate or receipt.
Foreseen Absence - Learner is required to notify via email or in writing, at least 7 days in advance of class date.
Once replacement class date is confirmed, no further changes or deferment will be entertained

Collection of Personal Information
The term “Personal Information”, refers to any information about you and which identifies you. This includes, but not limited to your name, NRIC number, address, contact number, credit card details, gender, etc.
Your personal information is collected when you send a gift or sign up as a member with us online, place an order over the phone, through the filling of physical forms at our retail stores or when participating in contests hosted by us or in collaboration with our partners.
Please note that by submitting your personal data to us, you agree and consent to us collecting, using, disclosing and managing it in accordance with the terms listed here. All personal data provided by you will be deemed as accurate and complete and is neither misleading nor out of date. Should there be any changes to your personal data, the onus will be on you to update us of the changes accordingly.
Use of Personal Information
Your personal information is needed solely for the purpose of providing products and services to you. We use your personal information for the following purposes:
To provide services necessary to fulfill your request.
To share news on our products, marketing materials and notify you of changes in our service or product offerings.
To offer rewards and promotions.
To respond to your requests or inquiries.
To improve our services to you. Market research is performed so that we are able to improve our marketing initiatives, product development and customer service.
To maintain general record and book keeping.
Once we receive your personal information, it is encrypted, protected with firewalls and stored in highly secure data centers. Other than to fulfill your order, we do not sell, share your personal information or purchasing history, whether in part or whole to any third party for any commercial purpose. In any situation, your consent will be explicitly sought if your personal information is to used for any other purposes, either by CreativeWorkz Floristry Academy or any other businesses which we work in collaboration with.

Every once in a while, we send emailers and mails that contain information about our new collection, promotions, discounts, rewards, etc. If you do not wish to receive any updates or promotional offers from us, you can unsubscribe from our mailing list by email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
