Overview This course will open your perspective to the world of floristry. Find out why the elements and principles of design are your 'teachers' and how these will guide you on your floral journey. Knowledge is the basis which you apply your skills and with the right skills-set, you can make good progress in floral artistry. It is not about copying designs but what goes behind the design and creation process. Develop your designing proficiency and make your mark in becoming floral designers. Arrangements will be done using floral foam. Class size is kept small so that each learner receives more individual attention. Mini-lectures, demonstrations and hands-on give a wholesome learning experience. Duration : 6 sessions x 2.5 hours | Total: 15 hours Course fees : $648 (with 8% GST) includes materials, Learner Guide & Certificate Lesson dates: [Tuesday & Friday] September 08, 12, 15, 19, 22, 26 Lesson time: 2pm to 4.30pm Tools required: 1) Florist scissors 2) Scissors - for general use 3) Foliage stripper Please note: This course allows for ONE replacement lesson. You will attend the replacement class by joining the lesson of another intake. This replacement lesson may be held at our new location in 435 Clementi Road, to be confirmed.
